Delivery

Freight prepaid on orders of $850.00 or more at regular WD pricing. On orders less than $850.00, the freight is FOB Plant City, FL. Minimum order is $50.00. Orders less than $50.00 will be assessed a $10.00 service charge.

Returned Goods

All returned merchandise must first be authorized in writing and shipped freight prepaid. Any returns received without an RGA label will be refused. A copy of your sales invoice must accompany all returned merchandise to verify warranty eligibility; otherwise, no credit will be issued.

Stock Adjustment

Stock adjustments are allowed one time per year. Cannot exceed 10% of previous year's net purchases. To avoid 30% handling charge, return must be accompanied by a 2-for-1 offsetting order. Items ordered at a special discount will not be accepted. Obsolete or discontinued items will not be accepted. Merchandise requiring repackaging subject to 30% repackaging charge.

Warranty

AES products are warranted to be free from defective material and workmanship. Any such defective product will be replaced or repaired free of charge at our option, except those products with damage resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect or alteration. Our liability under warranties expressed or implied shall be limited to the replacement or repair of the defective product. We shall not be liable in tort or contract for any loss or damages: direct, incidental or consequential.
